HfG on Tour is an exhibition stand developed to represent the University of Arts and Design Karlsruhe at Frankfurter Buchmesse 2019 . The idea is to represent the university as a space of many possibilities to design, to make, to think and work interdisciplinary. The booth is a small installation, easy to assemble and well suited for transportation. It is a production line where booklets are printed containing information about the university and what it has to offer. The algorithm-controlled V-plotter draws random shapes on the covers to give each notebook its individual touch. HfG on Tour was a seminar led by Prof. Chris Kabel and a collaboration with Jonathan Blaschke, Angelica Gut, Laura Kluge, Florian Knöbl, Moritz Simon and Marie Luise Stein.
